There is a minimum hire charge of three hours for room hire.

| Use of the piano for 3 hours: | £8 | £16 |
| Use of Organ for 3 hours: | £8 | £16 |
| Use of Audio/Visual Facilities for 3 hours: | £8 | £16 |
